OUR ACTIVITIES
We organized a series of physical activities across the participating countries, which contributed in reaching our objectives, expanding our informal network, developing new methods and tools, while creating a variety of learning outcomes and outputs. Within the duration of the project several activities also took place online.

Multiplier events
In total four meetings were organized, each one in a different partner country.
The four meetings focused on the holistic coordination of the project, working on the project results, measuring of impact, evaluation and celebration of the team work and cooperation.
In total eight activities were organized – 1 training course, 3 youth exchanges, and 4 study visits.
In those activities, methods were tested and explored, good practices were exchanged, local networks were extended, and participants became empowered, inspired and motivated to continue the queer work and activism.
In total 67 Multiplier events/local actions were organized across the participating countries.
The local activities took place after the main learning activities, with the focus on supporting participants organizing their own events and workshops in their local communities, thus taking initiative, learning and becoming active members of the involved and/or other organizations.
